Hi, I would like to know if we could add different colour code to stars under the Slider type question.
Eg : 1 star rating with Red & 5 star rating with Green.

I don't believe this is possible. The stars are actually part of a graphic which are part of the base template:
Unless there is a way to override this, it cannot be changed.
