Stars label - from numbers to words
Hi,
I'm new with qualtrics and need some help.
I'm building a survey mainly using the slidder question (star). I want to add the answers next to the slide so that it's clear to respondents what the stars mean.
Does anyone know how to do this? thanks!!

Thanks for the quick reply Rondev, I found the box to type the answers, but tried to put some combinations of it keeps going back to the original number. sorry to ask, can you please let me know what i need to write?
