The video in my survey doesn't autosize to a phone

I have a video embedded in the survey. It is a video, from a mp4 file. I recorded the video from zoom (don't think that matters?)
The code on the html editor is below. I changed the default height and width and it helped for the computer survey, but the mobile survey still looks funny. Is there a way to auto size, depending on the device? Code is below:
