Troubleshooting for error message with survey embedded in an iframe

Hello,

I have embedded a Qualtrics survey in an iframe. Everything seems to work properly but occasionally when using Internet Explorer you receive the message "Sorry, this survey cannot be taken in an iframe".  This only happens occasionally and only in Internet Explorer. When testing in Chrome this never shows up. Additionally, when you click the "OK" button within this message the survey then still displays and functions properly. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this and how to eliminate this issue?
