Hi I have added a text box with an html code (see below attachment). Upon testing the survey, I entered text in the textbox, however there is no texting displaying on the pdf summary or export. Has anyone attempted this before? If so is there any additional code or Javascript that I should be using to ensure that the text is displayed after the survey is completed?

+27Qualtrics doesn't record questions it doesn't know about, such as a text entry box added with html. The simplest solution would be to make it two questions - a text entry question followed by a multiple choice question.
