Hi,



I inserted a video from Vimeo but it says this:

It's a video from a company but should be available to use... Any suggestions?

I would suggest trying refreshing your account and if that doesn't work, I'd contact support. It's tricky to troubleshoot since it's such a generic error message but they can usually help you figure out weird stuff like this.
