Hello,
I have the following question in my survey. Is there a way to make one of these answers exclusive for each line of equipment? For example, if someone types in the age of the prior heating or air conditioning, I would like to have someone type the age OR select "don't know", and not be able to select both options for one line.

    First, make the Don't know column a multi-select so it can be unchecked. Then you need to use JavaScript to delete the age if Don't know is checked or uncheck Don't know if an age is entered.
