I am trying to upload custom topics, but I am unable to upload the jason file after editing it. Can someone please suggest if you have seen a similar issue?

Thank you so much for your response. I have edited the json according to instructions mentioned in the support page but unfortunately it still gives and error while uploading the file. (It says to check if it is a valid json format. I have only edited the sample file I downloaded from Qualtrics.
