I have a survey that is closed and is being mapped to a dashboard along with dozens of other surveys. I’m wanting to add embedded data to denote which survey that data come from to be able to filter it out. I know I can do this by editing the contacts but am wondering if there is another way to do this without having to edit the contacts in the directory list.

Hello @kgillis, you can simply use “Data Set Source” as your go-to field for filtering out data, survey-wise, on your dashboard.

Hope this helps!

Using the data set source is the easiest way but you can also add an ED tag in the Data Analysis page for each survey.  I do this sometimes so that I can have a shorter name to sort with.
