Yes, you can absolutely add a new embedded field like “LB” for access control in your CX dashboard.
First, add “LB” to both source surveys as an embedded data field in the Survey Flow (even if left blank initially). Then, map “LB” in your dashboard’s Data Mapper, under the correct data source. Lastly, go to Admin > Role Management, and when creating or editing a role, you should now be able to filter access based on values of “LB”.
Do mak sure “LB” is populated in the responses before the dashboard syncs, else it may not reflect properly in access settings.
