Hi Community! I can't seem to find a way to share some (static) results with many external addresses.

The issue is simple: we have one organization with just a few accounts but many (200+) locations that need a simple overview of the survey results relevant for them. Since the heads of these locations can't access the CX Dashboard or Results tab, we need to send them a PDF with the graphs based on filtered results.

It seems this is not possible in Qualtrics.

These are our options, as far as I know:

  1. Get 200+ user accounts, one for each location of the organization
    • This seems expensive and unnecessary, since the locations only need to see some results, not the whole thing. They do not need live monitoring
  2. Send the locations a public link of a Report
    • This way, the locations will see all the results, not just those relevant to them. If we made a page for each location, the Report would be huge
  3. Send the location filtered raw data via Data & Analysis tab
    • This is also not an option, since the locations would have to analyse / visualize the results themselves
  4. Manually export a PDF of the filtered Dashboard for each location
    • Very time-consuming and inefficient

I hope I'm missing something here and that there is an alternative. We have access to Design XM, including API.

All the options mentioned are the correct ones!

Unfortunately, each and every option has a drawback. Try reaching out to Qualtrics Account Executive if there is an option for creating some temporary accounts.
