I’m trying to build a simulator in a Qualtrics Dashboard.Specifications for the dashboard are that we want to show:CSAT Drivers analysis on CSAT for a matrix of attributes A variable CSAT that can change based on user input into the various driversThe idea is that anyone looking at the dashboard could, say, increase the score of any of the attributes involved in the drivers analysis, and the predicted CSAT score would change based on the attribute chosen and how much its score increased by.As far as I know there isn’t any way to edit the scores of attributes from a dashboard to simulate the effects it would have on CSAT. If anyone has any ideas or has done something similar, I’d love to hear about it and what happened/what it looks like.If all else fails, I’ll likely build the simulator in excel instead.Thanks again!
