There has got to be some sort of creative solution for updating cx dashboard participants. I have a dashboard that is shared with 120ish people and I need to update the participants monthly (remove some, add others based off role changes within our org). There is no way that I am aware of to “bulk update” the cx dashboard participants for a dashboard (I’m thinking like how you can import a directory contact list). It is such a time intensive task to have to manually go through the list manually.

This was my original attempt - but anytime I add users under the user admin/role it removes anyone who I previously had in there (Q support has looked into it and escalated it up to their engineering team, no response...).

You might want to make sure the file that you upload with this method (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/user-admin-cx/user-attributes-cx/#UpdatingMultipleUsersMetadata) has a username column so it updates the right person. Or test out the username vs email options.

When you add users manually, it removes everyone else? :|

If I add them manually it removes everyone else ​@CRQualtrics - I wish there was a simple solution, almost like a public link, where anyone in my org could view the dashboard .
