Can we include Top 5 Negative and Positive Topics from Text iQ in the CX dashboard ?

Hello ​@Madhur,

First add ‘Text IQ table widget’ and filter the data based on sentiment. Then you can manually select and highlight the top 5 and bottom 5.

It’s not a automatic option but it could solve your issue to some extent.


Hi ​@Madhur, choose the vertical or horizontal bars widgets on the dashboard. Select the Text IQ topics field for the axis and enable the top/bottom values.
