Dashboard Counts are not showing correctly

Hi All, 

 

i have sampleMonth field in my directory contacts list with below details

sampleMonth - 2025-06 » 9076

sampleMonth - 2025-07 » 4355

total = 13,431records

 when i am trying to display/apply filter based on this field the counts are not showing up correctly the counts are coming like below

sampleMonth - 2025-06 » 10331

sampleMonth - 2025-07 » 3100

total = 13,431records

 

 

Please let me know what could be issue here.

Ensure all other filters are turned off.

It might be because of formatting inconsistencies in the SampleMonth field—like extra spaces or mismatched types across sources. I’d suggest double-checking the data type (Text vs Text Set), ensuring no hidden characters, and confirming that both dashboards are mapped to the exact same contact list version.
