We recently had to change the user type of some historical users. Since this change these users are no longer able to see the dashboard. Initially I thought this was due to the user type they shifted too, however this is not the case. Has anyone experienced this before? I’ve played around with it a bit and it seems any change to user type is causing these users to loose access to the dashboard. My initial thoughts are that maybe this is a historical issue, as these users have been set up in Qualtrics since 2020? Open to ideas as to what is causing this.

Hi @ccarrollthere have been changes to the user types and dashboard access. I started adding users in 2019, so you can go to the dashboard level and adjust the user setting there. There is a sort of hierarchy access for users. The user type, division, and dashboard levels that can cause conflict too. My fix has been setting access by the dashboard level. I had the opposite of your issue. I had users, that had all access to dashboards to view, export, share, etc.

The only fix that has worked, has been to unshare the dashboard and re-share.
