How does Qualtrics handle data refresh and aggregation in dashboards when filters are applied on Embedded Data fields, and why can filtered dashboard metrics differ from the same filters applied in Data & Analysis?

+19Dashboards are real-time, so as responses come in or embedded data field data updated in survey data, dashboards should automatically display that.
Filter values may be different if the data mapping in the dashboards has any recoding applied.
