Display or link to entire survey response from textIQ / response ticker

Question

Our frontline team followup on feedback received from customers.In our dashboards they can see text responses in response tickers.Sometimes there is a need to follow up on feedback from the dashboard.Is there a way to open a respondents full response from the response ticker? or another widget? Currently we have to search in the data and analytics tab for the response which is a bit of double handling. Thanks!

Hi ​@TimOH,In the response ticker widget setting, you can enable the “Show full response when clicked”.This will allow dashboard visitors to proceed to display the respondents’ full response.Hope this helps.
