We have a survey working perfectly to score phone calls that are observed by auditors. At the end of the survey, you get a wonderful scorecard like the one in the attached screenshot. How do we see this again?

We want to mimic this display in a dashboard where auditors and look up agents and calls and see this exact thing. Since Qualtrics produces this automatically at the end of the survey for the taker, there MUST be a way to pull this up somewhere else. I simply must be missing something obvious.

Note: we do not want responses that piece together a bunch of widgets to approximate the screenshot below. The Qualtrics dashboards leave a ton to be desired when it comes to appearance.

Hello,  Dukester!

When it comes to that final scorecard display, it’s a bit of a unique beast. Since it’s generated specifically for the survey-taker right at completion, Qualtrics doesn't currently have an out-of-the-box widget that mirrors that exact visual on a standard dashboard.

To get that same look for your auditors or managers, you’d likely need to go the custom route. This involves using Qualtrics APIs to pull the response data and then rendering it in a custom dashboard or web interface. While you can definitely build a great dashboard for contact center data—especially with Genesys integrations—replicating the specific hover details and layout of the end-of-survey scorecard requires a bit of custom development.

If you're looking to dive deeper into how to bridge this gap or if you hit a snag with the API, I’d suggest touching base with the team at the Customer Success Hub: https://support-portal.qualtrics.com/. They can help look into more advanced reporting options or see if there are any new specialized widgets that might fit the bill! 🙂
