Has anyone noticed that the simple table widgets on CX dashboards only allow drill-down to Level 4? I want to display results using hierarchical embedded data up to Level 5.
In data mapping settings, I have used the Field group - Drilldown option and have mapped all 5 fields but only 4 would show up on the dashboard and the data table jumps back to Level 1 after that.
Is there a solution?
