Enable Org Hierarchy filter in CX dashboard | XM Community

Hi, 

I have a B2B CX dashboard to build. I have a hierarchy as below:

Level 1 - Company

Level 2 - Vertical

Level 3 - Customer

Level 4 - Offering

 

I need to enable such a hierarchy filter in my CX dashboard. I got hierarchy enabled in my license. But when i go into dashboard setting and click on Add Org Hier, it says contact customer support.

 

Kindly help with steps how to enable this hierachy for reporting.

This error usually appears when your license needs a backend enablement to use the Hierarchy feature. Please reach out to Qualtrics Support, as they will be able to assist you with this.
