Hi,
I have a B2B CX dashboard to build. I have a hierarchy as below:
Level 1 - Company
Level 2 - Vertical
Level 3 - Customer
Level 4 - Offering
I need to enable such a hierarchy filter in my CX dashboard. I got hierarchy enabled in my license. But when i go into dashboard setting and click on Add Org Hier, it says contact customer support.
Kindly help with steps how to enable this hierachy for reporting.
