So I am trying to edit a custom message in the EOS library for my personal log in.  The problem is no matter how it will either show there are not messaged or wont open them for editing. See images below. If anyone has any ideas it would be great!  thank you

 

 

hey @Sturg , the option that you are exploring right now in the mentioned screenshot is not for the end of survey message, it has a different used case - please have a read here about it. 

End of survey messages are edited in the Qualtrics Library. Refer below images.

clicking on the main menu, you’ll find the library section.
after entering library you can filter the type of messages you are looking for.
