I need to add a table with fixed values in a dashboard,
and then use them to compare values in a widget...
Can I use custom metrics? or Is there another way to do it?

If you're looking to add two widgets in Qualtrics, one with static values and another with live data and then compare them, i would suggest you to try below steps:
Qualtrics widgets typically display data that changes based on filters and sources. For showing static values, you can include a specific data source with those values. Create a table widget using this data source to display the static values.
As for the widget with live data, use a data source that updates in real time. This widget will automatically update to reflect the latest data.
But you'll have to manually compare the data between these two widgets. It cannot be done automatically.
