You can try either of the options below:
Image Widget (CX & EX) (qualtrics.com)
- Place an Image widget at the top.
- Paste link in image URL.
Rich Text Editor Widget (CX & EX) (qualtrics.com)
- Place a Rich Text Editor widget at the top.
- Add image.
- Paste link in image link (URL).
Note: If your image/logo is not hosted online, you can place it in your Qualtrics library.
