How can I have several questions in a a Simple Bar Chart and their breakdown, if it is text?

I have a Group Field with several variables from which the customer had to evaluate our business. The options are not ratings (1 to 5). So in that case how can I see the breakedown (of the answers) within the same graphic for each variable (ex. Innovation, customer focus etc).

add each variable as a metric with filters. Like count for q1, %for q2, with filters applied for specific question
