For context, as a Brand Admin I invite specific users from my org to dashboards just for temporary test phases, and remove their access after the test phase.
The problem: I realise now, when I forget to do this, the testers have more access than they should. When I want to remove their access temporarily, Qualtrics says I need to select at least one survey, or I can delete them. In this tradeoff, test users have either more access or I need to re-create their credentials for every test.
My question: Is there any way to fully remove access for specific users temporarily, without deleting them entirely?
