How do you remove the greyed out fields from Dashboard Data without removing the Source?

I want to remove the unavailable fields from Dashboard Data, but the system doesn't allow me to nor does it allow me to edit/change field. How do I remove it without removing source?

Hi,
This is system generated fields generated for TextiQ being setup.
To remove these fields, you have to remove the complete setup of TextiQ for this variable.
I guess 'Epic Link' is the oroginal variable name.
