I have 5-scale point matrix with 5 statement. I created field group and can show average for individual statements.
But i want to understand how we can calculate average for entire matrix.

+59My first thought would be to use scoring in the survey options, You can pipe in needed values in EDs if needed.

It can probably be done with custom metrics directly in the dashboard tho.
