I have two customer satisfaction surveys, one that goes out biannually and one that goes out after point of service. They both ask the same NPS question, basically just on a scale of 1-10 how likely are you to recommend the service.
I'm building a dashboard to show the results of our surveys. What I would like to do is find a way to either average the scores from the surveys in one widget, or preferably still have it in one widget but be able to switch between the two (like the response ticker). Is this possible in Qualtrics?
