How to display "Survey or Project Title" with the feedback data?

We are in the midst of rolling out an exec. dashboard that aggregates data from various surveys. However, we are unable to separate feedback data by survey. I'd like to use the survey title under filter or as a field to offer flexibility within the dashboard. With survey titles, I'll know the # of responses, specific negative comments that can be addressed, etc.
Any suggestions how we can get this done in Qualtrics?

rameshanthony, you are able to filter by data source or as a field to accomplish exactly what you want.
When adding a new filter, select "Data Set Source."
The same field would be used as a data series or x-axis within the widgets themselves.

jmborzick Here's the problem with Data Set Source. While it's available as a filter, it does not refine the list of surveys based on other filters selected. I need the list of surveys refined based on a filter selected earlier.
Secondly, if I want to see a list of those surveys on a widget, Qualtrics won't allow that option. Unless this exists and I'm not aware of how.
