Hi. I'm trying to perform a simple calculation but I can't quite figure out which widget to use. I have two questions in my survey:

  • How would you rate the service? (5 point likert with 1 being terrible and 5 being awesome)

  • Do you want someone to follow up with you? (yes/no)

How do I show the percentage of people who rated the service as a 1 or 2 (terrible) who also want someone to follow up with them? In the example above, I have 15 people who rated it poorly but only 4 people who want follow up. How do I display 26%?

I would use custom metric for this where you can apply both filters to first Count divided by total count.
