Hello!

Ive imported some old survey data into our new qualtrics program.

In the data set itself the CSAT score has response codes associated with it.

However when I try to bring these over to a dashboard with live survey data, no results are coming through.

When I look in the recode editor for the field, there are no response codes.

Same result when i set them up as number or text sets.
 

Does anybody have any idea what might be happening?
