I’ve installed the Qualtrics app (from AppExchange) in Salesforce and completed the connection setup. I’m able to view the dashboards in Salesforce that I created in Qualtrics. However, the page filters I added don’t return any data when I click on them in Salesforce.

Is this expected behavior, or might I be missing a configuration step?

Hi Sachin,

This is usually not expected behavior. It might be worth rechecking the field mappings in the Qualtrics-Salesforce connection setup.

Hi @Sachin Nandikol

Not expected behavior no. I’d start by double checking the salesforce account permissions and the trusted URLs settings.

I have checked trusted URL settings and its ACTIVE. About access i have already Enable SFDC App, Embedded Widgets, and Embedded Dashboards.

Anything else i need to check?

Not on the top of my head… If you can confirm that the Qualtrics account linked to the Salesforce account can see and use the filters correctly from within Qualtrics, I’d open a ticket with support.

If you’re talking about filters in embedded widgets, check that you’re mapping the right data filter key as @gPandey_715 said.

Yes, in Qualtrics I’m able to view and use all the filters. However, on the Salesforce side, I can only see data for date-based filters like Start Date and End Date, while the other filters are appearing empty.

I checked mapping too, it looks correct.
