Looking to connect with others who have used/use Qualtrics for their marketing department’s data analytics. Looking to pull data in from many different tools and social media such as facebook, instagram, hubspot, zendesk, etc. Did you create all the forms in Qualtrics or are other marketing tools being used and just the data being pulled in? Did you find that creating dashboards ground up in Qualtrics produced successful outcomes? We want to tell stories with our reporting, measure the media mix, optimize targeting and empower us with actionable marketing data.
