I have created an XM dashboard from two mapped data sources. One of the widgets I created is pulling in inaccurate data due to incorrectly coded values on the survey. I recoded the values and re-published the survey but the data is still not pulling in correctly. There are no options to manually refresh the data dashboard that I can see. How can I update my widget to pull in the correctly recoded data?

Hello @SharpInsight,

Just check your mapping for that widget question once. Check if you have added or selected any filters which could be causing this. If all are fine then just try to delete that widget and reconfigure as it could be a bug.

You may want to recode within the dashboard data mapping as well. Check to see if it’s still pulling in old values.

THANK YOU!  That mostly worked but now:

I have created an XM dashboard from two mapped data sources. One of the widgets isn't pulling in all the data, even though it is set up like all other widgets that are pulling from the same sources. I've made sure that there is data to be pulled in by checking the data analysis tab in both surveys. Is there another way to correct missing data from the widget?
