Hello, Could you please explain us a little bit better the Scorecard Widgets explanation from  the XM Community ? “For example, for the statement “I would recommend this as a great place to work” in the example below, 74% of the respondents responded favorably. For the category “Company Pride,” on average, 62% of the respondents responded favorably for all of the statements within that category.

 

Would it mean in your example that the average answer is positive for 62% of people ( by average I mean the average of 2 subsequent questions) ? Or sth else - the calculation takes the number of positive answers for each sub question ?

Scorecard Widget (EX) - Qualtrics here is your explanation that is not clear for us.

The category score (e.g., 62% for “Company Pride”) is calculated as a weighted average of the favorability scores for each question in that category. 

 

It does NOT mean that 62% of people answered favorably to both questions. Instead, it means that, across all responses to all questions in the category, 62% were favorable.
