Is there a way to share a CX dashboard with EVERYONE in the org (basically everyone who has an active Qualtrics account in the company) without having to manually add them in?

If your organisation uses SSO and is able to pass metadata about users, you could use automatic role enrollment.

+44While this takes manual entry once, I have often made “groups”, then when it comes time to share the dashboard, you are just sharing with that one group title, and it goes to all members.
For example, I’m with a school district. I have all staff members of a school building in the same school group. Then when I need to share anything with their larger staff group, I just have to share it with “x School Team” instead all of the individual people.
It does take time up front loading and establishing the group(s), but if you ever have to share anything more than once, it ultimately is an efficiency for us.
You can use Automatic Role Assignment feature available in Qualtrics. You can create a role and then add all users into that role.
