Show the current date (today) on the dashboard

Any ideas on how to show the current date on the dashboard? Often users will take a screenshot or print a copy of their dashboard out and then when they check back later, new responses have been added and the previous figures are now out of date.
We want to have a way to display the current date on the dashboard so that any screenshot or printout includes the date that the data was current on the dashboard i.e. "Data current as at 16 April 2021, 12:05PM". This needs to be based off the date of viewing the dashboard, not the date that the survey responses were recorded. I can pull the current date as embedded data into the survey but this is only going to help me with the response date, not the date at the time of viewing the dashboard.
