Usually i check below things:

• Any filters added in your dashboard
• Make sure all mappings are correct
• Embeded data fields
• Check if you are including ‘Response in progress’
• Make sure you have published changes.

The above ideas are good. I may be able to give some additional ideas if you tell us if your dashboard is EX or CX.

From an EX perspective the 2 biggest ones personally were:

• Dashboard settings > General > Exclude Partial Responses from Dashboard
• Visual-level filters
