I think there is an issue with the filters in the words clouds: it looks like it's currently including the comments of all the surveys. (even the NA/empty responses) I want it to only include the filled in responses as in my response ticker widget.
The total responses in my word cloud does not correspond to the total of my response ticker.
+21That's true. The widget shows the total number based on the page level filters. In order to match the numbers with Response ticket, you can use Advance filter in word cloud and set to not empty for that text entry questions.
