When mapping my survey in dashboards (under Dashboard Data), should I use Multi-answer, Text Set, Text Value? What is difference between the three? I have verbatim data that I need to display with graphs, charts, etc.

Select 'Open Text' type for the fields where your OE responses set in.When you setup a TextiQ library, rest of the variables will be system generated which are 'Multi-Answer Text Set'.
