- Current Problem: Managing multiple textIQ datasets for multiple dashboards is time-intensive and there is currently no way to trigger whether (additional) manual coding is required/recommended as the dataset grows in size / matures.
- Current Solution (if applicable): At present, I use calendar reminders elsewhere to prompt myself for a manual dataset review on a particular cadence only (monthly or quarterly, depending on the survey/question and it's size/maturity).
- Possible Solution: Create a workflow function/template to send an email based on % of responses coded for one (or many) datasets and/or on a particular cadence. Eg: send an email (or ticket/alert) when there is <80% responses coded.
- Purpose / Use Case: This will benefit users (especially those new to thematic analysis or implementation of new thematic analysis projects) as it means the platform is taking the mental load from the analyst/coder and only prompting when work is required. This makes it easier and more intuitive to manage multiple projects and report on their maturation.

candacep - we actually asked Qualtrics support to set up an auto refresh to process any new comments received nightly so we don't have to do this manually. Is this what you're referring to?
Thanks, CMurph. That's a good idea as it looks after the bulk/majority of the dataset but as our services/programs change, we expect the dataset to and would also like to refine the codes/topics overtime.
