Briefly introduce yourself and the programs you oversee. What excites you about joining the Early Access Program?

My name is Jenny Curtis, and I lead Employee Listening at GoDaddy, including our engagement, exit, and onboarding surveys. I’m excited to join the Early Access Program because it gives me the opportunity to explore new features early, provide feedback, and help shape enhancements that can benefit organizations like ours.

Describe your role and how you plan to engage with the Early Access Program.

As the program owner for Qualtrics, I plan to use the Early Access Program to stay informed about upcoming features and better understand how they can be applied within my organization. I look forward to learning about new capabilities, testing them where relevant, and sharing feedback based on our internal needs and goals.

How will participating in the Early Access Program support your work?

Participating in the Early Access Program will give me the information I need to evolve our employee listening strategy and make it more impactful. It will help me identify new opportunities to improve how we gather, analyze, and act on employee feedback.

What would you like to learn or achieve through this experience?

I would like to learn about future enhancements to the platform and how they can support stronger employee listening programs. My goal is to gain early insight into what’s coming and use that knowledge to improve our strategy and outcomes.
