You can recode the option and get 3 Department recode value of each collumn like this picHF - Helpful, KN - Knowledge, OS - OverallSatAnd link them uplike thisThis condition make sure at least 1 row is filled outFor the maximum option, i can only think of put a question before this to filter out top 3 department that they worked with.
