360 - Subject and Evaluator Upload Process

I am creating a 360 for one subject. Every time I upload the evaluators, the system automatically assumes they are subjects. I do not want them to self evaluate, and don't want them to receive subject reminders, etc. In short, this is a small project with one subject and 19 evaluators. Only the subject should self evaluate. I followed the instructions in Help to create my CSV file. What am I doing wrong?
