360 vs Employee Directory questions

Hi,I'll be running a 360 evaluation with some external evaluators.I have some questions/doubts concerning the effect on the Employee Directory.We have SSO and Unique Identifiers enabled.When I add/upload internal subjects in the 360 participants, with a Unique Identifier that already exists in my Employee Directory, will they be recognized? Will their metadata from the directory come through to the 360?What about the other way around: Metadata added on the participants within the 360 project, will that be synced towards the Directory?When I add/upload external evaluators in the 360 participants, they will be replicated into the Employee directory?External evaluators cannot use SSO, will they be able to login to their portal? Some external evaluators will be marked as Managers, we are working together in an IT Project collaboration so some project teams have a teamlead from the external company. Thanks if someone would be able to clear these doubts!
