During an active survey, I added an additional option of N/A as an answer to a few questions and now anyone's results who answered the survey prior to that change are not pulling through onto the report. This is very frustrating as it is skewing all the data.

Hi MYates! It sounds like something may have gone wrong when editing your active survey. If you have not yet already, we'd highly recommend reaching out to our Support team, as they are best equipped to handle this!
