I need some suggestions for setting-up a particular feedback-release program in Qualtrics.
What I need is a project in which, on a continuous basis and when desired, manager can release a performance/development feedback to their direct reports.
I am wondering to use a 360 proejct, but I would need some info about the steps to configure a workflow/set of options allowing this kind of process.
