Hi everyone,
We have a 360 Feedback survey project where we are using the Response Rate Summary Table widget in the dashboard to track participation.
Our challenge is that the widget appears to include both:
- Invited participants (from the participant portal), and
- Unsolicited responses
We would like the table to reflect only the responses and invite counts relevant to our reporting needs and exclude unsolicited responses. However, this widget type does not seem to support filters or much customization by default.
Has anyone previously found a way to:
- Exclude unsolicited responses from the Response Rate Summary Table?
- Adjust the invited count displayed in the widget?
- Customize the widget's underlying data source or apply any workaround to achieve this?
Any guidance, best practices, or alternative approaches would be greatly appreciated.
