I'm building a report for a 360, and I would like to know how to highlight positive gaps (in green) and negative gaps (in red). Any help is appreciated.

I figured it out! :) If you want to know, keep reading... From the header (for the appropriate column) 1. Click on the arrow for a drop-down menu 2. Choose "Column Options" 3. Choose "Conditional Formatting" 4. A separate box will open in which you can change the background color, font, and set up the conditions.
